Pricing and Details

 

HALL RENTAL ONLY

 

Friday and Saturday

Sunday through Thursday

$100 per hour*

$80 per hour*

4 hour minimum

3 hour minimum

Must end by 11pm

Must end by 9pm

 

*Our hall prices are subject to change as needed due to rising costs for electricity, propane and food supplies.

 A signed contract and a deposit will lock in the cost (food not included).

 

We have round tables that seat up to eight persons and rectangle tables that seat up to 10 persons.

There is a limit of two hundred persons per event.

 

Includes table set up and break down, trash cans and bags and we will put the trash out and we will provide push mops and wet mops as needed for client’s use to restore hall to original state (a $100 deposit required to ensure cleanliness of hall, deposit will be returned after inspection and approval by a HPFC member).  We will try to accommodate any request to the best of our ability.

(plate, silverware, water glass and napkin approx. one server for every 25 guests, we will bus the tables and clean the dishes)

HALL RENTAL w/ HPFC PROVIDING MEAL

Includes linens, place settings, clean up and the meal.  The meal generally is Chicken and/or Beef, a starch (potatoes, rice, macaroni and cheese), two vegetables, rolls and butter and tea and coffee.  Our menu can include other items but the cost may change. 

Our cost per person is $13 for one meat and $15 for two meats. 

Desserts are not included; usually a client has a cake brought in.  We offer hors d’ oeuvre trays, the cost depends on our cost for what is on it (kind of cheese, kind of crackers, what size shrimp, etc.)

 

BAR

$2 for beer and wine (we do not have bottled beer), $3 for bar brand mixed drinks and $4 for top shelf mixed drinks. 

Our bartenders ask for ID; be prepared to show it.  Underage drinking will not be tolerated.
